Do you accept rush orders?
Yes, for some items. On some items there is an extra charge involved. Contact us with your needs, and we will try to help you.

Can I submit my artwork by email?
Yes. Since we represent many different factories, and each factory has different requirements, we will inform you of the requirements when you select the items you would like to order.

Do you have a minimum order requirement?
Yes. The minimum quantities available are listed for each item. Sometimes we can provide smaller quantities by special arrangement.

What are your payment terms?
Credit card, PayPal or company check. In some instances we can arrange open account billing. We have secure online payment for your convenience.

What is your normal production time?
Most items are available in 2-4 weeks after approval of order and artwork. Some items can be available in 1 week or less.

Can I get a sample of the item I am interested in?
Yes. In most cases we can furnish a sample with a random imprint for the end quantity price plus shipping. We will rebate the cost of the sample when you place your order within 30 days.

Can I order unimprinted items?
Yes. In most cases, you will be given a lower price.

Can I send you my own items for imprinting?
No. We are in the business of furnishing imprinted products.
